Dr. Rahim Damji
Dr. Rahim Damji graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to dental school, Dr. Damji pursued an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree also from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Zahra Damji
Dr. Zahra Damji graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2000. Prior to pursuing a career in dentistry, Dr. Damji completed an Honors Bachelors of Science program with a Major in Life Sciences.
Dr. Andreea Popescu-Rallis
Dr. Andreea Popescu-Rallis attended the University of Toronto where she completed an Honors Bachelor of Science, specializing in Life Sciences. Continuing at University of Toronto, she completed her Master of Science, focusing in neuroscience. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery, also at University of Toronto, where she graduated with honors in 2016.
Dr. Victor Jacob
Dr. Victor Jacob graduated from the University of Toronto in 1982 and interned for one year in general practice residency with the Faculty of Dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto General Hospital and the University of Toronto Mobile Dental Clinic for the Disabled.
Aneesa Rahaman-Khan - Dental Hygienist
After completing a Bachelors’ of Science in Biology and Health Sciences at the University of Toronto in 2010, Aneesa continued her studies in the Dental Hygiene program at Durham College. She graduated at the top of her class in 2012.
Aneesa pursued her dream of becoming a dental hygienist for the opportunity to help people and create healthy, beautiful smiles. She joined the Markville Dental team as a dental hygienist soon after graduation in 2012 and has excelled in her field of specialty. Not only has Aneesa provided exceptional care to her patients as their hygienist, she has also engaged in learning all administrative aspects of dentistry and provides various administrative support to the team at Markville Dental.
Aneesa feels that Markville Dental’s remarkable team atmosphere and tech savvy environment has made her feel that she has found her professional home.
When Aneesa is not in the office providing professional services or administrative support, she enjoys cooking and baking for her family and friends. In addition, she loves to travel and explore the world with her husband.
Lastly, Aneesa would like accredit her wonderfully straight teeth to Dr.Zahra’s orthodontic treatment!
